This chain has a lovely shimmer and has an anti tarnish coat applied to the silver. I have selected a beautiful unusual piece of sea foam lime green ocean glass picked from the Isle of Wight beaches. This is a beautiful shade. This pendant necklace is teemed with a Swarovski charm called PERIDOT which is the birthstone for the month of August. It is a 22″ snake chain fitted with a with a 5mm bolt ring clasp.
Each piece of glass is handpicked from the beaches on the Isle of Wight, tumbled in the sand and waves to become smooth and frosted, the process takes 20 to 40 years sometimes over 100 years, creating vintage glass. The tide, the sun and the moon are infused into the essence of the sea glass. washed upon the shore and waiting to be discovered, like a gift from the universe. a pure, magical sea glass gem, charged with spiritual healing of the ocean. and so this feeling of calmness, of peace and tranquility is evoked every time you wear your beautiful sea glass jewellery.
Each piece of Sea glass that gets washed up is unique therefore it creates a one of a kind piece of jewellery to be treasured as a special gift. I carefully cleanse the sea glass with water and oils before hand drilling them and creating them into one of a kind pieces of jewellery.
Sea Glass is symbolic of healing and renewal of life.
